Benefit of meditation and why it is necessary
At the end of the day, we will charge our mobile phone.. after charging we will be able to use the phone for many hours.
Shouldn't we also recharge our own battery too?
After a busy day, we will feel drain and tired. Don't feel like doing anything once we are home.
Recently I make a commitment to myself to do meditation twice a day.
One in the morning and one in the evening.
Viola! I can see positive changes in my life!
I feel more energised , more love, better relationship and attract new business opportunity!
Taking care of our spiritual being is important to live a fulfilling and empowered life. :-)
