Have a quiet mind

"Do you have to change your vibration on a particular subject in order to let it in?" No, you don't. You could pet your pet and let it in. You could sit with your feet dangling in the bay, and let it in. If it is a subject that you often think of in an attitude of resistance, it is really worthwhile reaching for some thoughts that feel better. You could launch an intention and never think about it again, and the Universe would yield it to you. You don't have to clean up your vibration relative to anything, if you can just not think about it any more. That's why we teach meditation. It's easier to teach you to have no thought than to have pure positive thought. When you quiet your mind you stop thought; when you stop thought you stop resistance; when you stop resistance--then you are in a state of allowing.

Someone else's vibration

Nothing is more debilitating than to care about something you can’t do anything about. And you can’t do anything about your adult children. You can want better for them, and maybe even begin to provide something for them, but in the long run, you cannot do anything about someone else’s vibration other than hold them in the best light you can, mentally, and then project that to them. And sometimes, distance makes that much more possible than being up close to them.


In this world, there are things we can't change or control.
especially in relationship. The best thing to do is to always send positive energy to them. And send good wishes to our loved ones.

Being an energy healer, i do meet skeptics. Man tend to believe only when they see with their naked eyes. Energy is something we cannot see with our naked eyes, however we can feel it if we are consious of it. Example, eventhough we dont see the sun rays, we get sun burnt or get tanned if we are out in the sun for too long.
Its fine with me if I do meet skeptics. Its okay! :-). Everyone has free choice and will to belief certain things in life. As long as I believe in what I am doing... :-)

The movie ratatouille is a very good example of how a country rat turned into an enterprenuer owing his own restaurant and feed his rat family with good and decent meals.
His desire to become a cook in a kitchen filled with humans came true. No matter how his father and his friends discourage him , he continues his passion and became a very sucessful rat.
